What to Bring

What to Bring

  • Yourself and child(ren)
  • Study Stroller (not prone to tipping) Double Strollers are welcome (classes are per adult not per child)
  • Diaper Bag
  • Sunscreen – slather your child and yourself up before class and bring some to reapply
  • Other sun protection, sun hats, sun shades, etc
  • Drinks and Snacks for you and your child, bottle or nursing essentials, such a sling
  • Towels: small to wipe hands and face in case you sweat. Large one in case we do some yoga on the beach
  • Toys your child enjoys in the stroller and for afterward such as beach toys
  • And as with all forms of exercise, your Doctor's permission, usually at 6 week postpartum check-up
