Stroller Yoga is a great way to spend time with your baby and do something for yourself.
You get to get outside, do some yoga, rejuvenate your body and mind, meet other parents, and bond with your child.
Your child gets to get outside, see you being a great role model, be entertained, play with other children, and bond with you.
Classes include:
Walking/Jogging/Running
(Your Choice)
Several Yoga Poses to stretch and strengthen muscles used in child care
Relaxation and Mediation
Playdate activities
Meeting other Parents or caregivers
